Is this for me?

It’s for ecommerce and small business owners turning over about £300k to £2m, who work 40+ hours a week in the business and want that number to drop. It’s not for you if you haven’t launched yet, or if you want someone to run your marketing.

How much of my time does it take?

The audit takes under 2 hours of your time: about 3 minutes a day in your log week, your Sunday screenshots and two 30-minute calls. On the membership, you read a short update each week. When we take on a new job, you check the work for the first couple of weeks, then spot check, then just read the summary.

What counts as a job?

One repeat task from your plan, set up, tested and taken off your plate with its SOP. Customer emails are one job. The weekly sales report is another. Big ones are split up, so the price never changes. Hiring your assistant counts as one. We do one job at a time, so your hours come back in steps. Want it faster? Add a second slot (£1,000 a month more) and we work on two at once.

Why do I pay the assistant and software myself?

So there’s no markup and it all stays yours. Your assistant works for you, about £500 to £650 a month for 80 hours, and we find, train and manage them. If they’re in the Philippines, a year-end bonus of about a month’s pay is customary. Software sits in your name, usually £50 to £100 a month. Your plan lists every cost before you spend a penny.

When does my bill drop to £500?

The month after a fresh log shows you’ve hit your target. You don’t have to ask. On Protect we keep your SOPs and your who-runs-what map current, fix your agents when a tool changes and manage your assistant. Every 3 months you log a fresh week, free, and we check it against your target. If hours creep back, go back to full pace (£1,500) for a month.

I’ve tried an assistant before. Why would this stick?

Usually because the job only lived in your head, and nobody fixed it first. We watch how it’s done now, cut the steps that don’t matter and write down what’s left: a flowchart, a short video and screenshots. Then we test it on your last 20 real ones (emails, orders, listings) before an assistant or agent takes over.

I already use AI tools. What’s different?

Most owners do. The tools do the work, then you spend the hours checking them and passing things between them. We give each job rules, limits and someone in charge, so it runs without you watching.

Is my data safe?

The audit needs no logins. On the membership your accounts stay in your name and you add us as users, so you can remove us in a minute. AI tools run on business plans whose terms say they don’t train on your data by default. A person approves anything that sends, refunds, pays or deletes. Members sign a data processing agreement before anything is connected.
